In a 1971 Juilliard School classroom, three aspiring voice students meet the celebrated opera diva, Maria Callas, now past her prime. The play goes beyond portraying the life of Maria Callas. It explores the heart of a creative passion that connects life to art, and the immense self-sacrifice that great art so often requires.
