"Theatre reviewers usually don't talk about the venue, but since it was my first visit to Unity Theatre, I must say what a great place it is...first-rate."

Angel Street
A Victorian Thriller
By Patrick Hamilton
Directed by Julia Traber
Was it the gas light…or something more sinister?
The house on Angel Street is odd. A poor old woman was murdered there for a handful of rubies. The job went awry and the culprit had to disappear before collecting his loot. Now, with its worn rooms and spooky gaslights, the house plays host to new owners - just in time for the murderer to call again.
